Kids will be the beneficiaries of a friendly Olympia area golf tournament that has been added to the calendar for this coming August, and local golfers are invited to join in the fun.
The registrants in the TOGETHER Fore Kids tourney, which is being presented by the Tumwater Education Association, will be playing at the Tumwater Valley Golf Club. There will be 18 holes, and the play will follow a scramble format.
The day will open with the golfers enjoying a continental breakfast, and thanks to support provided by Olympia Federal Savings, they can get in some practice at the range. The shotgun start is set for 8;00 am, and the activity will wrap up with a luncheon and presentation of awards to the top players. A putting contest will take place, and the winner will qualify for a potential golfing trip to Palm Springs.
A tournament or other active fundraiser may attract a lot of attention from the local community. The players are often presented with Corporate Gifts that have been branded with a donor or sponsor’s Logo Design to thank them for their support.
The 5th annual TOGETHER Fore Kids golf outing will be hitting the links on Saturday, August 5. Its registration system is currently open, and both individual and team signup options are on offer, along with an assortment of corporate sponsorships.
