A new facility that caters to foodies will be opening soon in Olympia, and another business has added its name to the list of those which will call it home.
An assortment of eateries has chosen to set up shop in the city’s new 222 Market Food Hall, and one of these is Broth Bar. This establishment offers its patrons a variety of broths made slowly from roasted animal bones. The business already has a location in Portland, and its owners have noted that they have received requests from people all over the country who would like to see one open in their area.
The business will also sell items like jerkies and fermented vegetables.
There will be other eateries that will be opening their doors alongside this new food service establishment. 222 Market will also be home to Blind Pig Spirits Distillery, Pantry Artisan Grocery, Chelsea Farms Oyster Bar, The Bread Peddler Bakery, and Sofie’s Scoops.
