Home and garden shows give people a chance to look at the latest trends, meet contractors, and discuss their needs all in one location, and such an event is planned for Lacey.
The BIG Home & Remodel Show will take place in the Marcus Pavilion at Saint Martin’s University in Lacey. Organizers have revealed that shows of this type usually draw approximately 2,200 visitors during the weekend.
Organizers of huge events like this will often work with printing companies who use flyer printing to create a handout with a map and list of vendors.
There are already over 100 vendors signed up to participate in the show, and there is room for even more. They come from a variety of sectors including construction, HVAC, landscaping, electrical, insurance, and even personal care and food. Vendors include A&A Carpentry, American Pump and Drilling, Mallard Brothers Construction, Lacey Roofing, and Silverado Showers. People can stop to eat and drink at Aloha Acai & Coffee, Heavenly Eats, and Kenlee Jerky, and check with Farmers Insurance & Financial Services about their policies.
The BIG Home & Remodel Show is scheduled for April 20, from 10.00 am until 5.00 pm, and April 21, from 10.00 am until 4.00 pm. Admission is priced at $7.00 for adults, $5.00 for young adults ages 13 through 18, although children 12 and younger will be admitted free. Military personnel will be admitted all weekend for $3.50, and seniors will be admitted for $3.50 on Sunday.
