Popular Lacey coffee shop Forrey’s Forza is now known as Lacey Forza, Bistro and Event Center and has a new team behind it as well.
Rachel Young and Ryan Lindstrom are now in charge. Young founded Miss Moffett’s Mystical Cupcakes and also serves on the Lacey City Council, while Lindstrom is with a local delivery service known as PugetSound2Go.
The new co-owners plan to continue providing outstanding coffee to their customers, but plan to add wine and beer to their offerings. There will also be a full menu of food, which will include, not surprisingly, cupcakes.
Forrey’s Forza menu featured an array of sandwiches such as a house Reuben, BLT, and tuna melt; breakfast selections including a breakfast burrito; appetizers served all day; a soup and salad option; and flatbread pizzas. There is no word yet on how many of the original dishes will still be available under the new owners.
In addition, the large room at the back of the shop will still be available to those who need to host networking groups, business meetings, and parties.
Tom and Christine Forrey, who are the former owners, established Forrey’s Forza five years ago. Establishments that change hands can benefit if owners and managers distribute Promotional Products to the first customers, both to thank them for stopping in, and to help increase awareness of the brand by spreading name recognition.
