Issaquah will become the home of a new call center for PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. which will enable the company to expand its direct operations for consumers as the center will primarily serve homebuyers.
There will be more than 50 mortgage professionals working in the new facility, and they will help to expand the mortgage operations of the company. Most likely, the company will be looking to business card printing so that these professionals will have cards that they can hand out to their clients during meetings.
According to Senior Managing Director and Chief Mortgage Operations Officer for PennyMac, Steve Bailey, this expansion in Issaquah is a reflection of the strong position of the company in the mortgage industry, and of the high-quality customer service on which the company prides itself. The capabilities of the company’s mortgage professionals and its operational efficiencies enable it to streamline the process of applying for a loan for its borrowers, he explained.
PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. is headquartered in Westlake Village, California and was founded in 2008. Since then, it has expanded to over a dozen locations in various cities in states like California and Texas. It is a specialty financial services firm that focuses on providing and servicing mortgage loans and managing of investments related to the mortgage market in the United States.
