The Evergreen State Fair is returning to the area for two weeks this summer.
There are set to be carnival rides and games, animal exhibits, pig races, and lumberjack shows. There will also be auto races, displays of muscle cars, a rodeo, and performances by Aztec dancers.
There is also a concert series that is going to feature acts such as the Charlie Daniels Band, Bill Cosby, and the Newsboys. Concerts have an additional cost and tickets range in price from $23 up to $59. Carnival rides also cost extra.
A number of competitions are also set to take place; these include contests in food, agriculture, and even a ‘diaper derby’.
A few special days are being held during the fair that will result in free admission for specific groups. Some of these days include Agriculture, Family, or Armed Forces.
In order to advertise this annual fair in the surrounding area, including Everett, organizers often work with local printing companies to create Booklets or Flyers. These items can then be easily distributed.
The Evergreen State Fair will be held at the Evergreen Equestrian Park in Monroe from August 21st to September 1st. Admission is $10 for adults and $7 for seniors and youth; prices will be $2 cheaper on Labor Day.
