Café Zippy in Everett has several exciting special events this fall, with poetry, music, crafts, and improvisational comedy to enjoy.
Every Thursday in October, Everett Poetry Night will be held from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Open to beginner and experienced poets, the evening features open mic with local and national poets.
Two Nashvillle singers, Natasia Greycloud and Emily Otteson, will perform on Friday, October 4 from 7:00 to 9:00 pm.
The Everett Fiber Craft group will meet October 5 and 19 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm. It is a social group to learn about fiber crafts and work on new projects. The movie ‘Wild Faith’, a Western about a civil war veteran, will be shown 5:00 – 7:00 pm on October 5.
Lucas Victor, a classical guitarist, will play on October 13 at 1:00 pm. Beer Bingo and Badd Chicken will entertain guests with country and progressive garage rock and bingo on October 18 from 7:00 to 9:00 pm.
On October 19, RAQIA Acoustic Trio will play 5:00 to 6:30 pm. The trio has a guitarist, violinist, and keyboard player and serves up jazz, folk, and world fusion music. Also that day, Improv Comedy meets from 7:00 – 8:00 pm. The evening has unscripted comedy with performers from Jet City Improv.
Everett has printing services that design and provide flyer printing to show off such schedules. Café Zippy is located at 1502 Rucker Avenue.
