The one-day event is dedicated to the quinceañera celebration typically hosted to celebrate the 15th birthday of a girl in Mexican or Mexican American culture. The Quinceañera Expo gathers local vendors and services needed for a big celebration, which can also appeal to families looking to hold a sweet 16 party, debut, or other blowout birthday. There will be over 60 booths, including DJs, caterers, and event planners. The Expo also features fashion shows throughout the day, with dresses and other fashion items available to try on and purchase.
Visitors can also enter a free raffle for various prizes. As the show has grown over the past decade, the prizes on offer have become bigger and more numerous. Today, the Expo also includes wedding vendors and services, as well as a sister event in eastern Washington. Wedding and other event expos like this often use promotional tools like giveaways and flyer printing to help get potential customers in the door. The event’s website says that its vision is:
