Everett gearheads will not want to miss out on an event that will feature classic vehicles and other family fun as well.
The Providence Regional Cancer Partnership will be the beneficiary of the 2022 Wheels on the Waterfront fundraiser, which has consistently proved to be a popular event. All proceeds will be donated to the cause, and to date the function has been able to raise over $50,000.
The celebration will be on offer at Boxcar Park, and the agenda includes live music as well as raffle draws. A silent auction is a new addition to the line-up, and live entertainment and food will also be on the agenda. Onsite parking is available priced at $5 per vehicle.
Car owners who would like to get involved are invited to do so, and there are 19 categories to choose from. Trophies will be presented to the first and second place winners in each, and there will also be awards for the Fire Department, Police Department, and Mayor’s Pick. Each registrant will receive a T-shirt with a special graphic design, which will be on offer for purchase as well.
The 2022 Wheels on the Waterfront fundraiser will welcome one and all on Saturday, August 27. Anyone who would like to register in advance can do so until Sunday, August 14.
