The event will see dirt bikers race across a track meant to replicate a real trail, with obstacles such as logs, rocks, and tractor tires. There will be a number of qualifying races, with the top finishers competing against each other in the main event. In addition to winning on the night, the results will go towards a series-ending championship, and with Everett being the last stop on the tour, results here could well determine the overall champion. The competition is marketed as “the wildest sport on two wheels,”, with promotional material stating:
“The sport is as fan friendly as it is challenging for the riders. One of the most unpredictable motorsports in history, EnduroCross always delivers ample entertainment.”
The Everett event will be broadcast on MavTV, as the EnduroCross series is televised in its entirety for the first time, with ticket buyers receiving a discount code to watch all races live and on-demand. Extreme sports events like this often use methods like banner printing and social media to reach a thrill-seeking audience.
The EnduroCross season finale will take place at the Angel of the Winds Arena in Everett on the evening of Saturday, November 16.
