The 20th Paine Field Aviation Day is taking place this May in Everett. It is presented by the Washington Pilots Association (WPA).
The day will begin with a 5K Fun Run, followed by the Firefighters’ pancake breakfast to benefit the Wounded Warrior Project.
There are set to be Young Eagle Flights for those between the ages of 8 and 17, and flying demonstrations will be offered thanks to planes from the Cascade Warbirds, Flying Heritage Collection, and the Historic Flight Foundation. The planes in these collections that are not flying will also be on display.
Guests will also have a chance to meet and talk to the pilots, or to sit inside vintage airplanes and take some pictures.
In addition to the airplanes, throughout the day there will be displays and information from community groups and area flight schools, local food vendors, and other entertainment, so there will be something happening during the day that will appeal to aviation fans of all ages.
Everett printing companies may be helping the organizers of this event by providing them with products such as tickets and advertising Flyers.
The Paine Field Aviation Day is being held on May 16 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Admission is $10 for adults and free for those aged 17 and under. To find out more about this event, call 206-342-4242.Get a Free Quote for Flyers
