The latest meeting of the Chamber Speaker Series of the Bellingham/Whatcom County Chamber of Commerce and Industry is taking place this month. Its title is the ‘Leadership Summit’.
The emphasis will be on self-employed and small businesses in honor of Global Entrepreneurship week.
The summit will consist of keynote speakers and two panel discussions. The panels will be on the topic of women-owned businesses and on companies in the technology sector. Some of those speaking at the summit will be Stacee Sledge, Connie Shannon, and Andi Vann.
A table for six is available for $200, and signage, likely be provided by a local Print company, will be placed on the table advertising the sponsor.
This event is an important networking opportunity for small business leaders and will give them the opportunity to learn how their peers are managing their businesses in the current economic environment.
The summit will likely appeal to many Bellingham entrepreneurs, who may find out about it from posted Flyers.
