The 10th annual Award Dinner, presented by the Bellingham/Whatcom Chamber of Commerce and Industry, will be held this December.
The event will honor a number of businesses in the area in nine categories, which include recognizing the tourism sector and young businesspeople. Two of the awards, the Non-profit and Green Business of the Year have already been handed out. A new honor has been added this year; the Mille DeFord Chamber Ambassador of the Year, which is for a chamber member who has served at official events.
Guests will enjoy a sit-down dinner and will have an opportunity to network with their peers and exchange Business Cards. Those who wish to attend this event must register in advance by this Friday, November 21.
Approximately 400 businesspersons from all over the Bellingham area are expected to attend this annual banquet. Local Print companies may have provided tickets or Invitations to organizers.
The awards dinner is taking place at the Best Western Lakeway Inn on December 4 from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm. Tickets are $65 for Bellingham/Whatcom Chamber of Commerce and Industry members and $75 for non-members, while corporate tables for eight people are available for $600 and include table signage and a listing in the program guide.
