Many holiday lights can still be seen in Woodbridge and the surrounding areas.
Local Print shops can help promote such light displays with Flyers that provide more details about their locations and hours of operation.
The Maddox Family on Pineyridge Lane in Woodbridge has an animated light show. The lights are on display from 5:00 to 10:00 pm every evening. Donations are accepted, and all proceeds go to Paws for Purple Hearts, a non-profit organization that provides veterans who have been wounded with canine-assisted therapeutic programs and assistance dogs.
The Page family, living on Karoly Place in Woodbridge, has singing Christmas trees. People can tune their car radio to 89.5 FM in front of their house and the light display is synchronized with the holiday tunes on the radio. This show runs every night from 5:30 to 10:00 pm through New Year’s Eve.
There are several displays in Manassas as well. The owners of a home in the Ashland Conservancy community of mid-Prince William County on Paine Run Place offer their yard as a park for young children every night. The lights are typically lit until 8:30 pm.
Finally, the Tylers Christmas Wonderland has been lighting up the holiday season since 1999. The Tylers have about 40,000 lights and live on Castle Road. The hours of the lights are from 5:30 to 9:30 pm Sundays through Thursdays, and from 5:30 to 10:30 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
