Into the Woods: Sips and Cider is gearing up to welcome guests for an entertaining evening in the woods with friends and family. The gathering will double as a book launch event for Melanie Harvey, a local author, and her latest work “The Phoenix and the Pyre.” The event’s theme will be one of woodland mysticism combined with natural rebirth, tying into the book’s themes.
Attendees can expect to sit around a large bonfire and enjoy light snacks and hand food, along with a cider bar and plenty of hot cocoa. The forest will be decorated by Monica, who has designed a whimsical photo arch to provide a space for guests to take photos and capture their memories. The author’s speech will begin at 3:00 PM, and the book signing will be held 30 minutes later in the treehouse. Guests can communicate dietary restrictions when registering for the event.
