Series of events to be held in Woodbridge

Several events will be coming to Woodbridge next month.

Such events can benefit from poster printing so they can be promoted throughout a town and neighboring communities.

Touch a Truck will be held at Veterans Memorial Park. This is a hands-on and family-friendly event where attendees can discover and explore a variety of vehicles. The event will feature police cars, fire trucks, and construction vehicles, among many others. There will be the opportunity for children to climb inside, honk the horns, and meet those who operate these vehicles. This event is free and will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday May 2.

Family Archery will take place at Lake Ridge Park on Cotton Mill Drive where families can learn about the fundamentals of archery. There will be certified instructors to teach bow and arrow safety, the range rules, and proper form and stance to all attendees. The fee is $35 per person, and all equipment will be provided. This event will take place from 10:00 a.m. to noon on Saturday May 2.

Fridays at 5 will be returning with the Highway Legends Band, a group that performs music from multiple genres and eras from the 1970s, 1980s, on up. This promises to feature high-energy dancing, live music, and fun for everyone. This will be at County Complex Court from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Friday May 15.
