Quartz District, a new mixed-use community, is coming to Woodbridge.
The community covers 145 acres and will include over 1,000 new homes, retail establishments, and other amenities. It is located on Minnieville Road and less than five minutes from Potomac Mills and Interstate 95.
Development of the land and infrastructure are currently underway. Quartz District will have a variety of townhomes and townhome-style garage condominiums on two levels. Featured amenities will be a clubhouse, community pool, open green space, walking trails, and several playgrounds.
A main attraction of the community will be its walkability. Within walking distance there will be restaurants, coffee shops, and everyday conveniences. The first Whole Foods Market in Prince William County will be in the Quartz District, which will be a major new option for shopping and help to highlight the role of the community as a major hub for the area.
Quartz District is also close to some of the most popular attractions in Woodbridge that include a wide range of entertainment and dining options within a drive of a few minutes.
