New wine restaurant to come to Woodbridge
A new location in Woodbridge is being planned by Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant.
The restaurant will be at Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center, in a space that was once occupied by the outdoors retailer Orvis.
Cooper’s Hawk has locations in Ashburn, Virginia Beach, Richmond, and Reston. The contemporary American restaurant offers a wide selection of wines, a tasting room, a full-service restaurant and bar, private dining, and a retail wine and gift shop.
It prides itself on offering a casual and modern dining experience in an inviting upscale environment. The menu offers modern American cuisine with flavors from around the world. Each dish is made from scratch and has a bin number as a guide to the perfect wine pairing for this dish.
Cooper’s Hawk also works with wine growers from California and Washington state, as well as further afield such as France and Chile, to craft its own wines. The establishment has won hundreds of national and international awards for its wine collection.
The tasting room is based on the Napa experience and provides guests with the opportunity to explore, expand, and enrich their journey of wines. Their marketplace offers wine accessories, including high-end decanters.
Such new establishments in a town can turn to brochure printing to provide more details about their menu, wines, and other offerings.
No opening date for the restaurant has been announced as yet.
