The Four Seasons at the Virginia Crossing Development is coming to Woodbridge. The community is for those who are 55 years of age and older and will feature a resort lifestyle offering walking trails, firepit and a gazebo, a clubhouse, and pool, among other amenities.
Brochure printing is often used to highlight the features and amenities of such new developments to promote their sale.
The Four Seasons is being developed by K. Hovnanian. It will have 78 villas and 104 condominium units. There are two villas that are being built on speculation. All units will have ceramic tiles in the bathrooms and kitchens, with stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and birch cabinets.
The condominiums are on a single level and will have a one-car garage, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. There are six floor plans being offered, ranging from 1,383 square feet in area to 1,884 square feet.
The villas are townhouses, two stories high, and will have three different floor plans. The townhouses can have a basement or be built on a slab. All the villas have a half-bath, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. The villas range in size from 2,001 square feet to 2,295 square feet.
The speculation villas will be completed by September, while other condominiums and villas built to order are expected to be completed in October or November of this year.
