Marumsco Plaza, the retail center in Woodbridge, is now 100% occupied thanks to a lease with Ross Dress For Less.
Ross Dress For Less is an off-price retail chain that offers customers high-quality specialty and department store brands at vast savings in a fun, organized, and easy shopping experience. The store has no mannequins, fancy fixtures, or window displays so its savings can be passed on to customers. Such stores can look to local Print shops to get good deals on printing Flyers and other materials to help promote the store.
The store will occupy 22,721 square feet at the Plaza. The lease was brokered by KLNB and has been leasing space at the Plaza since 2016. A principal with KLNB, Veronica Kamara, said that the center draws many people from the region due its mix of tenants that include Todos Supermarket, Advance Auto Parts, Walgreens, and Wells Fargo. She added that its location on the Route 1 corridor in Woodbridge draws a great deal of traffic.
Marumsco Plaza was built in 1963 and has access to two major intersections. Close to 200,000 people live within five miles of the Plaza. Part of Route 1 close to the Plaza will soon be widened from four to six lanes with a projected increase in traffic of over 30,000 vehicles per day once that project is completed.
