The Farm Brew Live campus near Manassas will become home to a Hilton hotel, featuring a speakeasy and wine bar.
This should be good news for residents of nearby Woodbridge, who might benefit from the influx of tourists and their spending dollars into the area.
The growing entertainment and hospitality development in the area will now have a Tempo by Hilton, featuring 90 rooms and spanning 60,000 square feet. Such sites often use banner printing to announce important developments like this to the community.
Holladay Properties is partnering with Villagio Hospitality Group to develop this hotel. Holladay said that this will be an innovative concept from Hilton that will change the hospitality experience. Tempo hotels feature a lobby with an open design, premium beverage and food offerings, and multi-functional spaces for dining, work, and relaxation.
Development manager at Holladay Properties, Austin Haynes, said that such upscale culinary options, amenities that are technology-enabled, communal spaces, and an energetic vibe enable Tempo to align with the broader mission of the Farm Brew campus to create a dynamic working, living, and playing environment.
Villagio Hospitality Group operates and owns Farm Brew Live. President of Villagio Hospitality Group, Marcus Silva, expressed his excitement about the potential and promise of this new hotel, which will add to and enhance the experience at Farm Brew Live.
The hotel is scheduled to open in mid-2025.
