Bank to be replaced with fast-food eatery
Taco Bell is slated to replace a branch of PNC Bank in a neighborhood shopping center in Dumfries. Residents of Woodbridge who enjoy this type of food may be interested in the progress of this development.
The PNC bank is on Waterway Drive in Lake Montclair Center and has been closed since 2022. About 2,100 square feet of the building will be converted into a Taco Bell that has two drive-thru lanes. It is not clear from the plans filed with Prince William County if the remaining 1,500 square feet will be reused as part of the project.
