Leesburg music lovers, especially those old enough to remember when The Eagles were regularly appearing on the pop charts, will have a chance to experience the sounds of the band thanks to tribute act ‘Eaglemania’.
The band will be coming to town very soon, offering enthusiasts a chance to experience a band that seeks to sound as much like the original as possible. The recent death of guitarist Glenn Frey is likely to add further poignancy to the show.
The Eagles had a string of hits in the 1970s, offering a new take on Southern rock served with soulful dashes of folk. Eaglemania is a band made up of musicians with many years of experience in performing the songs of The Eagles. Over the past several years, they have worked to get their voices to sound like the original performers. The result is a show that many will find very similar to a performance by the original band in its heyday. The band will also perform hit songs by original band members Joe Walsh, Don Henley, and Frey.
