The 2nd Annual The House Beer Built 5K Run & Cornhole Tournament will be held in Leesburg this October.
The event will raise money for a cause and provide a day filled with cornhole fun, friendly competition, and refreshing brews. It will feature one of the area’s most anticipated cornhole tournaments of the year, as well as an invigorating 5K run. The tournament will be open to all skill levels and will include prizes like gift card payouts and other fun items for winners. The 5K is also an all-levels event, with both runners and walkers encouraged to participate.
Local food trucks will be present as well for attendees to grab a bite between activities, and there will be cold brews courtesy of Vanish Brewery, which is the hosting venue of the event. The tournament itself is made possible by Irish Rose Cornhole. Proceeds raised from the event will go towards supporting the mission of the Loudoun Habitat for Humanity.
Competitions that give out prizes to their winners may team up with local businesses to provide Promotional Products for giveaways and raffles in addition to the main prizes.
The event and tournament are scheduled for Saturday, October 3, beginning at 11:00 am. Vanish Brewery is located at 42245 Black Hops Lane, Leesburg. Registration can be completed on the Irish Rose Cornhole website.
