Next month, Family Fest LoCo will be held in Leesburg for a day filled with community fellowship, family-friendly fun, and exciting entertainment.
The Family Fest is made possible by The Family One, a nonprofit organization with the mission of empowering youth and families across Loudoun County. The organization offers important services and resources such as structured mentorship, community programs, and educational outreach to creative inclusive opportunities for personal growth. These resources help to build confidence in young people and provide them with the tools necessary to become the next generation of community leaders.
The festival will feature a Children's Business Fair, which will provide a platform for budding entrepreneurs to hone their skills. There will also be a village marketplace where local artisans and small businesses can sell their wares. Other entertainment includes live music, games, and interactive activities for both children and adults. Local food trucks will also be present, with food and beverages for purchase.
Organizers hope that the festival brings together both community members and local businesses. Vendors interested in participating may decide to bring along their supply of Business Cards to hand out to those attendees perusing the vendor booths.
