Local hub Tarara Winery is hosting a series of live concerts for residents this summer. The next event on the schedule is scheduled for this July.
The series, titled the Tarara Summer Concert Series, offers attendees a variety of bands and musical styles for their exploration. Audiences are able to enjoy this musical ambience in a spacious and open room fit for large or small groups. The upcoming event will focus on Yacht Rock, an offspring of alternative rock that mimics the soft, soothing sounds of jazz and blues, while utilizing the instrumentals of rock. The effects are mellow tunes suited for any music-lover.
As the venue is outdoors, patrons are welcome to bring their comfort items such as chairs and blankets to enjoy the show.
Proceeds from the event will go to support the venue’s non-profit organization, the Bow Tie Fund. The fund offers support to local single-parent households by offering opportunities in arts and education.
The cost for tickets to the event will be $20 for early bird tickets. There will be a $5 increase at the gate, while tickets for those who are under 21 are $10. There is also a concert season pass available for purchase.
