A women-centered event is to be held in Leesburg this January.
The event is put on by the Temple in the Trees, a wellness center located in the forests of Northern Virginia. The Temple offers a variety of services related to healing arts. With this event, it offers a space for female empowerment for residents. The session is held monthly under various themes. For this month, the theme will be ‘Earth and Roots’.
The meeting will allow attendees to share stories, while connecting with others in a supportive environment. Topics will include relationships, self-care, values, family, and others. The aim of this event is to have those in attendance learn from each other, while using this information to grow and develop themselves. The affair will begin with a potluck dinner, after which the Circle will commence. Those who wish to participate in the potluck are free to bring their food items.
The event is free to attend, but patrons may make a donation to the event by visiting the Eventbrite listing. The lowest amount participants can donate is $10.
