Leesburg to focus on wellness with spring retreat

The “2024 Core Wellness Retreat” will be taking place in Leesburg this March.

Individuals are invited to join a community of like-minded individuals who seek to elevate their lives. The event aims to provide expert guidance, enlightening seminars, and meaningful connections that foster continued growth within the Core Wellness Community Online.

The retreat will include a Monday night welcome dinner, along with breakfast, lunch, and snacks throughout the week. Engaging group sessions and seminars are also part of the package, along with an indulgent 80-minute treatment at Spa Minerale.

Dr. Elizabeth Stroot aims to “illuminate the path” for attendees to embody the best version of themselves, emphasizing functional strength across all ages and aligning personal values with lifestyle choices.

Organizers also encourage attendees to dedicate their evenings to self-nourishment, while embracing the resort's amenities and immersing themselves in moments of “curiosity and reflection”.

The cost to attend the retreat will be between $1250 and $2400. Tickets can be bought through the organization’s event listing online.

Brochure printing can be a great way for event organizers to provide information to attendees at events such as this one.

This comfortable 3-night retreat at the Lansdowne Resort and Spa will take place on Monday, March 4 until Thursday, March 7. The resort can be found at 44050 Woodridge Pkwy, Leesburg, Virginia.
