The Full Moon Cacao Circle and Sound Bath event will be held in Leesburg this October to tap into the power and symbolic nature of the full moon.
The event will be led by Dr. Cindy Dupree of Zen Mountain Wellness, LLC, along with Lindsey Kirkwood. The 90-minute session will feature a cacao ceremony, somatic movement, and sound bath. The traditional ceremonial cacao circle using Costa Rican chocolate will introduce the session, followed by gentle somatic movement of the body.
Afterwards, Dr. Dupree and Ms. Kirkwood will lead attendees through a deep vibrational sound bath that utilizes drums, gongs, crystal bowls, and world instruments. The session will end with an intentional reflection with attendees journaling to achieve personal clarity and insight.
The ceremony will take place outdoors if the weather is pleasant. If not, it will be held indoors in the wellness studio. Attendees are asked to bring a yoga mat, pillows, layers of clothing, a journal, and a water bottle.

The circle and sound bath is slated for Tuesday, October 7 from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm. It will take place at Zen Mountain Wellness, located at 38774 Lime Kiln Road, Leesburg. Tickets are $65.
