Leesburg conference to explore STEMs transformative power
This June 2025 JASON National Conference: Voices & Visions of STEM will be held in Leesburg to bring together STEM industry professionals, leaders, and educators to discuss the innovative and transformative power of STEM collaboration.
The conference is held each year by JASON Learning, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that was founded by Dr. Robert D. Ballard in 1989 to provide high-quality STEM curriculum for K-12 students as well as professional development for educators. Existing as an online platform, JASON Learning curricula exposes students to real-world challenges related to STEM as well as mentoring by leading STEM professionals.
The theme of this year’s conference is Voices & Visions of STEM: Shaping the Future Together, where topics will be presented that relate to how diversity in leadership can produce a more sustainable, inclusive, and innovative future. The panelists involved will discuss how collaboration can improve the future of STEM and will highlight strategies that address our current and emerging challenges in technology and sustainability.
Conferences featuring panelists may involve poster presentations, which may cause conference presenters to seek out local poster printing services to prepare for the event.
The Voices & Visions of STEM Conference is slated to occur from June 30 to July 2. It will take place at Lansdowne Resort and Spa, which is located at 44050 Woodridge Parkway.
