As Halloween is quickly approaching, families throughout Herndon are preparing for an event that will enable them to trade in old costumes. This two-day event is open to the public, and all contributions are welcome.

This event will be hosted by the Parks and Recreation Department located at 814 Ferndale Avenue. There is no charge to attend, and reservations are not needed.
