Orem venue offers seasonally themed lesson
A business that runs educational activities for children will give parents a break by entertaining their little ones with a themed event full of Halloween-based activities in mid-October.
Parent’s Night Out: Boo-tacular Science Night is a workshop run by the team members at the local franchise of Little Beakers. The experience sees kids learning about scientific subjects while having a blast at the same time. The experiments for this particular experience include a balloon ghost race, pumpkins that both glow and erupt, and dry ice.
The event will also see the participants get to enjoy a meal of juice, pizza, and veggies.
Parents are required to drop off their participating children. Only those enrolled are able to remain at the science lab, with the group size set at 18. The youngest recommended age is three years old.
Little Beakers is selling the tickets on their website, with the individual price at $40. Additional siblings can get parents a 10% reduction in cost, while having a membership grants one at 20%. However, the two discounts cannot be used at the same time. Companies will often turn to flyer printing when looking to bring awareness to their educational events. The workshop will be running for two and a half hours, beginning at 6:00 pm and wrapping up at 8:30 pm. The scheduled date is Friday, October 20.
