Popular fundraiser returns to Rockwall

A local fundraiser is returning to Rockwall for a day of family-friendly shopping, food, and fun.

The Aspasians, a local civic-minded organization, has announced the return of the Aspasians Fall Marketplace. Now in its 53rd year, the Marketplace is a big draw for area residents. Over 200 vendors will attend, featuring craft products, home décor, jewelry, and food items. Several food trucks will be on site as well. Events of interest to the public are often announced by use of poster printing or other Graphic Design Services.

The Aspasians describe their organization on its website:

“The Aspasians are a group of ladies from the Rockwall-Heath community united for the purpose of friendship and service to others. We’ve hosted Aspasians Marketplace since 1972!”

The organization funded $85,000 in scholarships in 2025 for Rockwall County high school seniors, with $43,000 raised in the spring. The group typically holds its Marketplace event twice yearly, in both spring and fall.

The Aspasians Fall Marketplace will occur on Saturday, September 20, from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The location is the parking lot for the Wilkerson-Sanders Memorial Stadium, located at 1201 T.L. Townsend Drive in Rockwall. There is no cost to attend, and parking is free as well. Those interested in participating as a vendor should inquire via the Aspasians website. All proceeds from vendor space and bottled water sales will go directly to fund scholarships.
