Children in Rockwall will have an opportunity to put their gaming prowess on display this October, as a gaming tournament is being put together in town.
The Halloween Mario Kart Tournament has officially opened online registration to children between 10 and 18 who want to use their Mario Kart skills to win prizes. The grand prize will be a Nintendo Switch 2 and a copy of Mario Kart World. Participants can compete in a fun setting while battling against friends and other competitors to determine a champion.
Mobile Gameverse is organizing the tournament, which will be played on Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. In addition to the tournament, the gathering will double as a Halloween costume contest that features other prizes and giveaways. Food is also included. Flyer printing is an affordable and effective strategy for promoting local events like this tournament.
Challengers will need to pay $50 to enter the tournament, and spots are expected to be limited, making advance registration recommended. Snacks and candy will also be plentiful. The gathering is expected to end by 7:00 pm, giving participants plenty of time to enjoy the rest of their Halloween night.
The tournament will be held at 2922 South Goliad Street in Rockwall. It starts at 3:00 pm on Saturday, October 31. Registration is $50 plus fees online.
