Galentines sewing class teaches Rockwall women new skills

Women in Rockwall will want to mark their Calendars for an upcoming learning opportunity that carries a Valentine’s Day theme.

The Galentine’s Day Sewing Class is coming up in Rockwall in a few weeks, and area creatives who wish to learn a new skill in a fun environment are encouraged to sign up. The event, geared toward women who want to spend time with others in the community, will focus on fun projects paired with treats.

It is an ideal setting for social sewers and those in Rockwall who wish to learn or improve their skills. Interested parties are welcome to attend on their own or bring friends for a memorable day. The day’s project will lead attendees through the process of creating their own zipper box bag. Print shops are a fantastic resource for creative instructors who wish to provide quality documents that share the necessary supplies and instructions for such projects.

The day’s events will focus on working with kind, like-minded individuals to have fun and be social together. In addition to themed snacks and treats, students can sip on punch.

The class will be held at 212 East Rusk Street in Rockwall. Interested parties can choose from two registration timeslots – one at 9:00 AM and the other at noon. Registration is open online. Tickets are $30 for singles and $50 for pairs online.
