The cooler days of winter have arrived in Pearland, and that means that its almost time for its annual Winterfest celebration.
This yearly event features fun for the whole family. There will be rides to enjoy, as well as food and much more. People will be able to try their hand at carnival style games and other activities, and there will also be live entertainment throughout the day. The Winter Zone will offer snow tubing, inflatables, and rock climbing, as well as a petting zoo, which will be supplied courtesy of Westside Veteranairy Hospital.
Members of the community who are interested in attending the festivities can purchase their tickets ahead of time, and if they bring along a canned good or other nonperishable food item, they will be able to receive a $2 discount on a ticket. The passes can also be bought at the gate, but no discounts are available to those who purchase theirs on the day of the event. Flyers and other Promotional Products can be placed throughout the local area to promote a large event such as this.
The Pearland Winterfest will be held at the Pearland Recreation Center and Natatorium on January 28, and will run from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm.
