Many communities choose to host trunk or treats during the Halloween season, and Pearland has added its name to this list.
The city will be the venue for a fundraiser that will offer lots of seasonally themed fun, and the proceeds from the festivities will be used by Wag Again Rescue and the Pearland Canine Resource Center to continue its various initiatives. The planners have included many different ways to engage with the public, and they hope it will be a truly community building event.
The plans for the evening will see an assortment of small businesses from the city and the surrounding areas set up shop, and anyone who would like to buy a snack or even a full meal from one of the food trucks rolling in can do so. A silent auction and trunk or treat have both been scheduled, and Fido can enter the costume contest. A screening of “Monster House” will wrap up the occasion and all ages can participate.
When preparing to host a special celebration, it may make sense to choose to use the marketing service provided by a poster printing company. They can work with most budget levels, and will have a range of options to choose from.
This spooky celebration will be on offer at 3939 Allen Road in Pearland on October 29. The function will begin at 4:00 pm.
