Pearland hosts family friendly fun all year long, and one of its newest offerings will be kicking off spring with a special celebration.
Independence Park will be the location for Spring Fest, which will be offering free admissions to one and all. Wristbands are required for the rides and many of its attractions, and it was explained that a portion of Pearland Parkway will be closed to accommodate the festivities.
The plans for the day include an assortment of interactive attractions as well as the H-E-B Imagination Station. A craft market will showcase local talent, and food prepared by area mobile vendors will be available for purchase. Inflatables and live performers will be on site as well.
While the festival may be well in the future, the organizers are currently accepting applications from potential food vendors, as well as not-for-profits and craft vendors. A call has also been put out seeking corporate sponsors. It is anticipated that the function will attract a high turnout.
