Pearland preps for return of holiday celebration

As the days get shorter, Pearland is preparing for another holiday season, and plans are being made for the return of a popular local activity.

The city will soon welcome the return of its holiday tree, and the lighting ceremony is scheduled for late November. The evergreen will be set up at Pearland Town Center, and there will be lots to see and do during the event.

People at these after-dark festivities will have the chance to see the arrival of Santa straight from his workshop up at the North Pole. He will throw the switch on the lighted tree, and he will also set off the fireworks display. An LED dance floor will provide more excitement, and everyone can dance the night away to tunes performed live. LED teeter totters and swings will be on offer, and everyone can enjoy some holiday shopping in the pop-up market.

A festive affair may call for decor that adds even more excitement to the occasion. A banner printing company can provide its customers with a range of options, and these will be available at an assortment of price points, with one for almost any budget.

The annual Pearland Tree Lighting Ceremony will light up the night on Saturday, November 30. The Jolly Old Elf will throw the switch at 6:00 pm.
