A McKinney museum that offers insight into the area's natural history will be serving up some thrills and chills this October, and while visitors enjoy the displays, they will be learning about the world around them.
Heard Natural Science Museum and Wildlife Sanctuary will soon be hosting what it bills as being the area's premier Halloween event for families. It will be held on one night only, and all ages may enjoy the experience.
Visitors to the museum will be able to go trick-or-treating among its displays, and the exhibits in Dinosaurs Live! may add an extra touch of spookiness to the occasion. These animatronic, life-sized dinos will take the guests back in time, and there will be other fun on deck as well.
Along with the trick-or-treating, the participants will be invited to view an outdoor movie and enjoy the other fun on offer. Reusable cloth tote Bags for collecting treats, small Corporate Gifts to give to kids shelling out, and other Halloween Promotional Products can all be prepared for an event by area Print shops.
Saturday, October 14 will see the Heard Natural Science Museum and Wildlife Sanctuary welcome guests for this event. It is scheduled to begin at 6:00 pm. Members can buy their tickets from the museum’s website now before they go on general sale on September 22.
