McKinney vehicle buffs invited to show off their baby

A late summer gathering will give McKinney car lovers a chance to show off their pride and joy to other vehicle enthusiasts and the general public as well, and while they are enjoying the experience, they will be helping some local kids attend camp.

The members of McKinney Noon Lions Club are great believers in the value of public service, and the group has planned a car show to raise funds for the Texas Lions Camp for children with special physical needs. All ages are welcome, and anyone who would like to have their vehicle included can do so now, as the registration system is open.

Cars, trucks and motorcycles are all welcome , and there will be a variety of prizes awarded. Best of Show, People's Choice and Top 20 Show entries will all be recognized, and there will also be even split draws and raffles. Martyn Lucas will serve as both the MC and DJ for the occasion, and the fee to register a vehicle on the day of the event is $20.

Participants will be able to show off their vehicle and meet others who also share their interest. A company that prepares Corporate Gifts can create dash plaques, trophies and other items to distribute to the winners of such events, and they can be printed with the host’s Logo Design.

The McKinney Noon Lions Car Show will be set up at First Baptist Church located at 1615 W Louisiana in McKinney. Its website has the most up-to-date information about the occasion.
