McKinney to soon welcome Garden Show 2024

The Texas Master Gardener program gives those who enjoy horticulture an opportunity to both learn and share their skills with others, and it will soon be hosting a pop-up event in McKinney.

The Garden Show 2024 will be a two-day celebration hosted at the Show Barn at Myers Park and Event Center. Admission is $2.00 each, and this will be donated to a charity in the local area. As there will be lots to browse and buy, everyone is reminded to bring a collapsible cart or wagon to tote their purchases.

One of the roles of the function is to introduce the principles of Earth-Kind ® gardening to the public, and along with the hands-on workshops and presentations, at least 90 garden-related vendors will be on site with a booth or display. There will be activities on offer for the kids, and parking will be free of charge. As the proceeds will be donated to charity, the attendees can feel good knowing they have done a good turn for their community.

A horticulture market gives members of the public an opportunity to add some new plants to their personal collection. Vendors sometimes utilize business card printing in preparation for such events.

The Garden Show 2024 will be offered on March 16th and 17th. The Texas Master Gardeners website offers the latest details about the gathering.
