McKinney wine lovers have been invited to raise a glass of their favorite vino during an event all about celebrating the fruit of the vine, while enjoying some live musical performances.
This year will be the fourth for the McKinney Wine and Music Festival. Always a popular event, the organizers noted that the number of tickets is very limited due to social distancing measures, so anyone who would like to attend is advised to purchase theirs before they are all snapped up.
The plans for 2020 include two stages that will give area musicians a chance to shine, and the wines will be coming in from as far away as California, Oregon, and even further. A grape stomping competition will add some extra fun to the celebration, and there will also be cooking demos. Many of McKinney’s shops and services will be getting involved as well, presenting an opportunity for the public to support their local small business community.
