McKinney golfers to support kids battling cancer

Kids diagnosed with pediatric cancers face a tough battle ahead, and a McKinney area fundraiser will stand behind these young warriors.

The Carson Crusaders Foundation has issued an invitation to area golfers who have been hoping for an excuse to enjoy a day out in the sun. Individual registration starts at $150.00, and there is an option on offer for anyone who would like to sign up a team of four.

Those who register to play through will be treated to a breakfast and lunch, and there will be lots of time to mingle, network and exchange Business Cards. The use of a cart is also included as are the greens fees, and everyone will receive a bucket of range balls to use. Complementary cocktails will be poured on holes #9 and #18, and the participants in the activity will follow a shotgun start.

As the area's corporate community has a reputation for being very generous in its support of anyone in need, the organizers have created a variety of ways for them to serve as financial sponsors of the morning. Those that do will have their Logo Design and other branding displayed in prominent locations throughout the venue as well as in its advertising materials.

This chance to show kids battling cancer, and their families, that they have the full support of their community will be held on November 7th. The Heritage Ranch & Golf Country Club will be the location for the activity.
