As the days of summer draw closer, McKinney is preparing for an event that the organizers hope will be enjoyed by car lovers of all ages.
McKinney Noon Lions is hosting a fundraiser in support of the Texas Lions Camp for Disabled Children, and its organizers noted that it will be fun and family-friendly. The public is welcome to show off their pride and joy, and awards will be presented in a variety of categories.
The attendees at the festivities will be able to take in a live musical performance, and the vendor area will offer a way for them to support local small businesses. The price to enter a car, truck, motorcycle, or other vehicle is $20, and the registration kiosk will open in the morning. The celebration will be held at Adriatica Village, and with raffles and lots of other fun on the agenda, it promises to have lots to offer.
Those who enter a vehicle in the show may be eligible to win a prize, and these will be awarded to the Best in Show, the Top 20 Entries, People’s Choice, and several other categories. A printer will be able to prepare Corporate Gifts to present to the winners that boast a special graphic design.
The date for the McKinney Noon Lions Cars and Guitars fundraiser has been scheduled for May 15.
