Those who are new to the McKinney community will be getting a warm welcome thanks to an initiative administered by the local chamber of commerce.
The McKinney Chamber has put out a call to its membership who would like to get involved in its New Resident Bag program, and they will be stuffing the packets and preparing them for distribution. They will need to make sure that their account is in good standing.
Everyone who would like to get involved will need to supply 100 items to be included in the Bags, and they are asked to limit this to just one type of their selected Promotional Products. It has been requested that candy or other food be avoided as they may become spoiled, and any coupons will need to have an expiration date that is at least 30 days past the date on which the items will be distributed.
This opportunity for Chamber members to have their Logo Design and other branding seen by those who are new to the community is just one of the perks the organization offers to its members. Anyone with questions can contact info@mckinneychamber.com.
The McKinney Chamber of Commerce has scheduled this activity for June 12 from 11:45 am until 1:00 pm. The activity will take place in the Chamber offices at 7300 State Highway 121.
