Local craft beer fans may want to save the date for an event planned with the city’s suds lovers in mind.
The organizers of the annual McKinney Spooktacular Beer Walk will be bringing a special celebration to the city that will include 20 different stops at participating downtown shops. It has been funded, in part, by the Jane Clark Realty Group, along with an assortment of other community-minded sponsors.
To take part in the activity, tickets may be ordered ahead of time, and each person who purchases a pass will receive a printed map of all the stops on the route. All shops will have a kiosk set up serving craft beers, seltzers, and ciders, and there will be photo booths available so that it will be easy to catch some candid pictures of the fun. Prizes will be given to the most creative costume, and the proceeds will be donated to the function’s charities of choice.
