An event with plant enthusiasts in mind is on the way for Houston.
PlantCon International is fast approaching, with its website confirming that it aims to be bigger and better than before. It will offer at least 84,000 square feet of space, and the list of activities that are on the agenda is extensive.
The festivities will begin with a Grand Opening Reception, which is scheduled for the Houston Botanic Garden. Following this, the event will continue on throughout the weekend, and organizations from all over the world have been invited to take part.
The vendor market will provide space for at least 200 vendors, and there will also be workshops, seminars, and demonstrations taking place over the scheduled dates.
To help ensure the function is a success and give the community a chance to get involved, the exposition organizers have put out a call for both volunteers and sponsors. There's a variety of tasks that need to be performed, and any help will be appreciated. Lanyards, name tags, T-Shirts and other materials for those who lend a hand with a function like this can all be prepared by a local printing services company.
