Ravioli is a popular Italian style dish, and Houston pasta fans who have always wanted to learn how to prepare it will soon be able to do so.
A class that will share the secrets of preparing artisan style ravioli will soon be on offer, and it will be led by an expert chef. The ticket holders may bring along a wine or beer to sip on, and it will run for two hours.
Attendees will be using the items provided, including fresh ingredients, to prepare their ravioli, and a tomato sauce made from scratch is also on the menu. All levels of culinary experience may participate, whether they want to roll up their sleeves and start mixing or they'd prefer just to sit back and watch before they do some taste testing. The filling will be a blend of cheeses, and tickets for the class are $69.00 each.
