Houston organization plans fireworks-viewing float

Houston is set to celebrate Independence Day with a floating party that will offer views of the city’s fireworks spectacular.

The Buffalo Bayou Partnership, (BBP) pontoon boat will be welcoming just 24 passengers for its Fourth of July float, and tickets are $150.00 per person. Only those ages 13 and up will be permitted to board, and the departure point will be 1019 Commerce Street.

The passengers for the outing will be able to view the fireworks, crowd free, and while they do, they can nosh on the lite bites that will be served. The bubbly and other wine, along with beer, will be flowing, and the excursion will be two hours long. Those interested need to purchase their tickets in advance.

One of the tasks often undertaken by boat and other tour operators is to ensure that everyone is aware of the safety rules for an activity. Stationery printers will be pleased to prepare written Copies of these policies, which may help to make an outing more accessible to all, including those who are hearing impaired.

Houston residents are set to be treated to this special “out on the bay” view of the city's Fourth of July Fireworks starting at 8:00 pm. Tickets can be purchased through the link provided, and in case of a cancellation due to bad weather, refunds will be provided.
